6. What is the typical turn-around time for contract reviews?

You can contact us anytime during regular business hours, as much as you’d like. You will have direct access to Casey and her team in an integrated Slack Channel. We respond to client questions and communications within 24 hours (typically sooner) on business days. Our firm’s business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST.

6. What is the typical turn-around time for contract reviews?

Yes! Having us on your team means having ongoing legal support to help you identify and alleviate risks as you grow your business and pursue new opportunities. During our kickoff call, we will establish a standing monthly or weekly meeting time to discuss business strategy and anything else you’d like to discuss.

6. What is the typical turn-around time for contract reviews?

Absolutely. After the initial 6-month period, we will meet to access where your business is and what the best options are for continued legal support. This would include, realigning your company’s objectives, identifying key goals, and formulating a new strategy for continued growth and legal protection for your business.

6. What is the typical turn-around time for contract reviews?

No, there is no cap on the number of contracts you can submit for review. However, there is a monthly cap on the number of hours our team can allot to review your contracts. Because every business is unique, the monthly hourly cap is determined during our legal strategy session and presented to you in your proposal for services. If you need additional hours for contract reviews, you may request these services al-a-carte.

6. What is the typical turn-around time for contract reviews?

Because we get to know your business so well, we can typically review your standard industry contracts within 48-72 business hours. For larger projects, the turnaround time will vary. Once we receive the contract, we will give you an expected turnaround time. If you need a contract reviewed/returned sooner than our projected timeframe, a rush fee will be applied.

If you want us to, absolutely! Our goal is to take as much of the legal off of your plate as possible. In addition to communicating with your team, we are happy to communicate with any third parties you need us to.
